Returns & Refund Policy – S7tee Store
We want you to be happy with your mask. Here’s how our returns work:
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions for Return
• The mask must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
• Face masks are hygiene products. For health and safety reasons we can only accept returns on unworn masks.
• Items marked as “final sale” or on promotion may not be eligible for return (check the product page).
How to Return an Item
1. Email s7tee.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and our UK return address.
3. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different design if available. Contact us and we’ll arrange it (you pay return shipping, we pay for the new item to be shipped).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your mask arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund and cover return costs.
